Legal Ethics in Motion
This course satisfies 2 hours of the ABA’s experiential graduation requirement and Northwestern’s professional writing requirement. You will handle a disciplinary investigation from its onset to a hearing and then appeal, participating as prosecutors or defense lawyers in a mock disciplinary proceeding. Course work includes, preparing pleadings, motions, conducting a deposition, direct or cross examination, opening or closing arguments, writing an appellate brief and present oral argument.
