Additional topics may include shareholder and management agreements, negotiation strategies and techniques, and an insider's look at the principal players involved in private equity investing activities. Relevant legal, tax, accounting, securities law and governmental regulatory issues will be examined, in each case from the perspective of the relevant participants in private equity activities, including private equity investors, lawyers, accountants, investment bankers, and owners and managers of business enterprises.
