Biography

Alexandra M. Franco joined the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law faculty in 2022 as a Lecturer in the Master of Science in Law program.

Prior to joining the faculty at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Franco was a visiting assistant professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law from 2019 to 2022. From 2016 to 2018, Franco was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, where she worked in numerous areas of law, including business organizations, constitutional law, administrative review, trusts, insurance, and privacy law. Franco has been an affiliated scholar with the Institute for Science, Law, and Technology since 2016 where she has researched and written about issues related to health law, privacy, confidentiality of health information, and bioethics.
