3L Marlee Rich will teach a weekly yoga class on Tuesdays.
Find
balance in your life through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. We will
introduce you to the practice of yoga with poses designed to build strength,
stability, and flexibility, while creating an overall sense of calm and
balance. All experience levels are welcome. The class is geared for anyone who
finds their mind racing in a thousand different directions at once or is unable
to focus and concentrate on matters at hand. Get present with us.
