Please join the Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Mike Burns and Professor Joshua Kleinfeld for a program titled How to Disagree Without Being Disagreeable, the inaugural event in a new Civility Series. The event will include a discussion about the importance of civil disagreement to democratic society and education, particularly in law schools, in an ever more polarized world. The program will also touch on the ways in which civility is crucial to creating a society where diversity of thought is respected and encouraged. This conversation will take place on Wednesday, February 15th, at 12PM in Aspen Hall (RB 150). Lunch will be provided.
This event is organized by students Dominic Bayer and Bailey Cordonnier, in conjunction with a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Innovation Fellowship funded by the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
