Northwestern Pritzker School of Law Names New Director of the Bluhm Legal Clinic
Northwestern Pritzker School of Law is pleased to announce that Robin Walker Sterling will join the faculty as a Clinical Professor and become the new director of the Bluhm Legal Clinic and Associate Dean of Clinical Education. She will join us at the start of the 2020-2021 academic year.

Zachary Clopton Wins 2020 Civil Justice Scholarship Award
Zachary Clopton, professor of law, was named the recipient of the 2020 Civil Justice Scholarship Award from the Pound Civil Justice Institute. Clopton was presented with the award during the Pounds Fellow reception, held during the winter convention of the American Association for Justice in New Orleans, on February 9.

Interdisciplinary Team Receives NSF Grant to Build Open, Searchable Platform for Court Records
An interdisciplinary team of Northwestern professors, including seven members of the Northwestern Law faculty, was awarded a National Science Foundation (NSF) Convergence Accelerator Grant this month for the Northwestern Open Access to Court Records Initiative (NOACRI). The million-dollar grant will support the group’s effort to download PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) dockets and build an open, searchable platform for the public and for researchers.
