Beyond Punishment: Restorative Justice and Health Equity

The Center on Negotiation and Mediation co-hosted Beyond Punishment: Restorative Justice and Health Equity program as part of Bluhm Legal Clinic’s Lawyering and Race in the 21st Century series. Broderick Hollins, Robin Heggum, Joseph Mapp, and Thalia González shared their knowledge concerning health harms of incarceration, public health, policy, reentry, and restorative justice as a structural intervention.




Discussions in Dispute Resolution Interview Series

Northwestern Pritzker School of Law's Center on Negotiation and Mediation hosted a book launch and celebration for the new publication, Discussions in Dispute Resolution: The Foundational Articles. The book launch featured interviews with four authors whose foundational articles were featured in the book.

March 25: Len Riskin

On March 25, 2021, Professor Alyson Carrel (Northwestern) interviewed Professor Leonard Riskin (Northwestern) about his foundation article, Understanding Mediators’ Orientations, Strategies, and Techniques: A Grid for the Perplexed.
